DELIVERY – RECEIPT – RETURNS
SUPRATECH ensures fast and reliable delivery of your orders, exclusively to professional customers acting within the scope of their commercial, craft or industrial activity.
By validating an order, the customer expressly acknowledges that they are acting for professional purposes only.
Delivery times

Orders are prepared and dispatched after payment validation.

Delivery is generally made within 48 to 72 business hours, depending on product availability and geographical area.

For out-of-stock products, a specific indicative lead time is communicated at the time the order is registered.

Delivery times are provided for information purposes only and may vary during periods of high activity.
No delivery delay shall give rise to penalties, compensation or order cancellation, unless expressly agreed in writing in advance.
Delivery methods

Delivery by professional carrier, adapted to the volume and weight of the goods.

Colissimo delivery with signature for small parcels.
-
Delivery to the address indicated when placing the order (warehouse, workshop, professional site, etc.).
A tracking link is sent to the customer upon shipment.
Transfer of risks
Regardless of the method of transport, including carriage-paid deliveries, the goods travel at the customer’s own risk.
The transfer of risks takes place upon departure from SUPRATECH’s warehouses.
Delivery charges
Mainland France

Flat-rate shipping fee: €35 excl. VAT

Free shipping from €1,000 excl. VAT

Bulky shipments requiring direct chartering (length > 2.40 m or more than 3 pallets) are subject to specific pricing.
Other destinations
For French overseas territories, Europe and other countries, a prior quotation will be provided according to the delivery area.
Important information

Deliveries are made without appointment, unless otherwise specified.

In the event of customer absence at the time of delivery, a second delivery may be arranged at the customer’s expense.

The customer undertakes to ensure that the delivery location is accessible to transport vehicles.
Receipt of goods
The customer is responsible for checking the condition and conformity of the goods upon delivery.
Any anomaly (damaged, opened or missing parcel, broken or non-compliant product) must:

be clearly and precisely noted on the carrier’s delivery note (e.g. “broken washbasin”, “opened parcel”, “missing product”), and
-
be confirmed to the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within three (3) calendar days following delivery, in accordance with Article L133-3 of the French Commercial Code.
In the event of damaged or incomplete goods, the customer must refuse the delivery.
Any signature of the delivery note without detailed reservations constitutes acceptance of the goods as delivered.
No claim related to transport may be accepted in the absence of proper reservations, without prejudice to applicable statutory warranties.
Return conditions
Returns are accepted only with SUPRATECH’s prior written approval and the issuance of a return authorization number.
Any return request must be made within a maximum period of thirty (30) days from the delivery date.
Returned products must be:

new,
-
unused,
-
complete,
-
in their original packaging,
-
and in perfect resale condition.
Any accepted return will be subject to a flat-rate deduction of 30% of the invoiced value as restocking fees.
Returns made without prior approval, without a return authorization, incomplete or non-compliant will be refused.
Return costs
Return shipping costs and risks are entirely borne by the customer, except in the event of an error attributable to SUPRATECH (product not in conformity with the order).
In the event of a preparation error acknowledged by SUPRATECH, an exchange or credit note will be offered.
Return exclusions
No returns will be accepted for:

made-to-order, customized or specifically ordered products,
-
products damaged after receipt,
-
products resulting from improper handling, incorrect installation or inappropriate use.
Credit / refund
After inspection, accepted returns will result, at SUPRATECH’s discretion, in the issuance of a credit note or a refund.
